Isabella Tower

This 69-storey high-end residential project is located at the intersection of Shelbourne Street and Isabella Street in downtown Toronto. This development thoughtfully integrates historical elements by preserving two semi-detached buildings and one standalone structure from the late 1880s. These heritage buildings will be relocated to the front of Isabella Street, maintaining their historical integrity while seamlessly blending with the new construction.

The design for Isabella Tower features a sleek, narrow glass tower that rises elegantly behind the traditional brick facades of the heritage buildings, creating a striking contrast and harmonious connections between the old and the new. At grade, well thought out setbacks and landscaping enhance the pedestrian experience, fostering a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Walkways around the building connect both Isabella Street and Sherbourne Street, ensuring easy access and flow throughout the development.

The design offers multiple amenities for its users including a dedicated community space designed for social interaction, along with rooftop amenities that offer panoramic views of the cityscape. Isabella Tower combines the preservation of historical charm with the addition of contemporary condo living, enhancing Toronto’s skyline with a perfect blend of heritage and modern sophistication.
