Leaside Houses

A continued investigation into developing a prototype housing style appropriate for infill single-family residences, a similar material palette of stone, stucco, teak, and cedar shakes is carried between Leaside I-III.  While the program for a single family residences remains similar, each house engages the site in a unique way.
