Vlad Melamed brings over thirty years of professional experience in architectural design, urban planning and project management from his work across Canada and abroad. He acquired his B.A in Architecture from the National University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Ukraine, in 1985 and received his professional architectural certification in 1995, Israel.

Vlad’s expertise in high-rise residential projects has brought him to work closely with team members and collaboratively manage complex projects from the beginning stages of schematic design to the final execution of construction administration, with the overall goal of delivering a successful product to the client’s and community’s content. He has taken numerous courses and acquired AutoCAD, Photoshop, DataCAD, Acr+ and SketchUp qualifications.

Throughout his career, Vlad worked for numerous architectural firms such as Richmond Architects, Rafael & Bigauskas Architects, Page & Steele / IBI Group Architects, and others. He has jointly received the Reichter Prize and Ayalon Prize, as well as the Architectural Photographer award with publication in Domus.
